To Urbanlamb Regarding Radio Shows? here is a good place to start.
https://archive.org/details/oldtimeradio
old time radio shows. it will yell you in the description about usage rights. a lot are public domain . urbanlambs superman series is worth a watch.
https://www.youtube.com/channel/SW3xasCWnEcpg

ive made a few myself. it does take quite a bit of editing on the audio track to get it usable as an animation. finding the right story can be quite daunting as there are hundreds of them and not all will be usable. my preference was the x minus 1 series or the strange dr weird.

from x minus 1

the strange dr weird

Not to be ungrateful, but I hope Muvizu will move away from packs where we get a few characters with rather limited options, and get back into giving us characters with lots of flexibility. Please give us characters with more options, or give us more options for the characters we have! (I REALLY want to see more costume options for the superhero character pack!)

With characters we can't change much, there are only so many stories we can tell. I still haven't seen a single movie made with the Asian characters from the previous pack! If we had more options for their outfits, hair, etc., I bet people would get a lot more use out of them.

(Again, I don't want to be ungrateful. It's good news when Muvizu puts out a new character pack. But it seems like they're shifting over to this model of characters with locked-down looks, and I feel like that's the wrong direction.)

its probably because muvizu is expanding its market into the Asian areas of the world and are catering for them. hence all the expansion packs being Asian orientated. that market is probably huge for them so they are going to do whatever they can to increase their revenue. more revenue means muvizu stays alive longer and have more cash for development in other areas? i prefer the old potato head characters anyway. to me even the superhero characters dont fit muvizu's style but thats just down to my preference in character styles. the potato heads characters are why i started using muvizu (and it was easy to use lol) im not really a fan of the too human looking characters and have very rarely used them.
More clothing attachments for the potato heads would be my choice, like they have in the chemistry and Chinese pack. but it looks like they are moving away from that look, which is a shame. so i doubt that will ever happen.

I'm 64bit here fwiw and it works fine.

and so was mine till this update. i was just pointing out the 64bit version doesn't work for me, not saying that the 64bit version doesn't work at all. there's obviously a problem somewhere, whether it be my end or muvizu's end. this just narrows down a bit where that problem may be.

and now the mystery deepens. i install the 64bit version along side the 32bit version and the 64bit now works.... dun dun dahhhh

perhaps it needed a jump start from its sibling????? who knows? anyways.... problem solved.... i can now go to bed Big Grin

Fazz, were you doing anything in particular when you got that crash or was it just starting up? If you haven't already, it's probably worth uninstalling it completely - and then re-installing it.

done that... done every combination there is. update install, full install, lite install, ticked boxes, unticked boxes, completely removed all trace and clean installed etc etc etc it gets to the muvizu splash screen then....

everything is working fine on my system, all drivers are up to date. system is more than capable of running muvizu. it just doesnt want to work.

Did I mention I want a dragon?

as do we all mate and everything we have asked for. will it come? cant answer that, im just the same as you. theres nothing id love more than a muvizu pro version to do everything i want to do. i hit the muvizu wall of not being able to do what i want a long time ago and theres only so many work arounds that you can do without becoming frustrated...
muvizu has a tendancy to go quiet for a long time. then they burst into activity again Big Grin

hopefully that burst of activity will be soon..... do you hear me muvizu gods????

And actually I recall them directing someone to edit an INI file for something, keybindings maybe, so I don't know that they would be upset.

depends on what you find to mess with Big Grin
dont get me wrong, you can play around in the workings of muvizu as much as you like, it make no odds to me, just be a wee bit careful of what you might change/find. if you do find the magical switch that allows you to import armature then i know they would be quite upset.
try importing a fbx file with no model info on it. you will get an error message about not being licensed to access that feature or words to that effect. these things have been explored or are still being explored by muvizu. who knows what they have in the pipeline? all im saying is be a bit careful
2016/2/21 20:42:10
Edit DefaultEngine.ini? just saying.... if you poke around in the workings of muvizu to much they might not be too impressed and might take your licence away...
its not really like a game that they want to be modded by users. at the end of the day this is their livelihood and i imagine anything that might be uncovered in the way extra importing of things ie... characters, actions etc etc by users of the software enhanced by us and thus lose them income might be not welcomed by them.... just saying like
