      • You can complain, but the administrators won't be listening. Their job is to sell the company.
        The site is probably only up to represent what the product looks like to potential buyers.
        We have to wait for a company to buy it and hope they sell again

    • Ok, the site is up again...I should have bought, and cannot now, some more of the character packs such as the trick or treat junior and Christmas pack, and possibly more...Can anyone help with this?

      • duanearcher, lillilulli was even more angry because she had spent money on a product she couldn't even activate. I hope she got her money back.
        Activated copies of Muvizu will continue working, but that doesn't help if yours isn't activated. :/

      • Very true...It's one thing paying the money & finally having an activated copy than paying & having nothing to show for the money spent...Regardless of the debacle existing customers should be taken care of properly bkz that's the right thing to do.
