Hi,

I have been trying to complete the upgrade to "plus" - using the built in Licence Manager but can't get past the order confirmation page.
I am getting an error message which reads "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Our engineers have been notified of the issue. Please try again later".
I have raised a support ticket and also sent an email to support - but not had any reply.
Is there any other way to purchase the licence?

Hello,
Welcome to the Forum!
I don't know how to fix this problem, but if you sent the ticket less than 20 hours ago, you might need to wait until Monday for a reply because the staff do not work weekends.

You should have now received a response from the support team, but for other users who may have been experiencing issues this has now been fixed. Seems we were having temporary difficulties with our payment system.
