I love movies and animation, I love movies ABOUT movies and ABOUT Animation! I am an Artist as well as an Actor, and Mainly because I seriously want to make movies ABOUT movies or moviemaking! Muvizu has objects available for Music, and Theatre, and even TV, HOW ABOUT FILM!...FILMMAKING! I took that thought further in my head and said...what about Hollywood Filmmaking too, Some of what I would like to have available for this are: Studios, Backlots, Directors Chairs w/ Customizable Canvases (for names/images, as well as custom colors), Panaflex FILM Cameras, Playback Monitors, Film Canisters, Film Reels(Tons of different styles), EZ-ups, Food Trucks, Cables (of course) all necessary things on-set, Movie Theatres, Red Carpet, Paparazzi, proper Production CREW attire (Director-look, scripts, headsets for crew, etc), customizable Hollywood sign maybe, I dunno my head is REELing right now with ideas and want them now so I can get on with making MY Animated Movie or MUVI in MUVIZU. The movie "The Artist" and "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" are 2 of my TOP favorite movies of all time and I have a Long an distinguished...LIST! lol. Thanks for reading, this is my hope for the near future, and I realized I can't do it right now without the proper tools (some of which described above), I'm sure there are other things to include too in the .Set for On-Set to make movies about movies, Hopefully you'll add ideas to this and I hope to be able to do this and see this COMING very SOON...Please Let me know if this is possible and anymore ideas to add to this WISHLIST(Thanks!) Sincerely, EEFilmz

Google Warehouse for Sketchup. Tons of stuff like this on there, download it, import it, job done. Waiting for Team Muvizu to leap into (rendered) action on a specific themed request is not really a viable option considering that they have a thousand other options to sort out too Learn to use Sketchup (it's dead easy, really, if you only want to use it for importing) and Muvizu becomes less inhibiting in it's limitations. Highly, highly recommend it.

Ziggy I tried Sketchup a long time ago and I think I kept getting errors when trying to import, but I didn't really mess with it too much either

Also Ziggy, I was wondering if you saw my message on your setfiles/models? I used your set, and I kept getting an error message when I imported some models into my own set, I had to delete things one by one until I found out where the problem was...I think one of the error messages said that something was too small to import, but the set loaded everytime, just with an error.

EEfilmz, I didn't see your message on my set file - you have to remember that Muvizu doesn't message you when someone posts a comment on any assets you upload. Unless you check every one of your uploaded items every day, there's no way to keep tabs if someone asks a question. Anyway, the 'object too small' message is quite common with 0.22b, and isn't anything to worry about (I use a lot of imported objects, and Muvizu objects )

As for Sketchup, I'd advise trying again. Really, if you want the whole Movie thing to happen, you've got to take the initiative. True, over half the objects you try wont work with Muvizu, but the other half will and they'll make your film work. There's no substitute for the laborious tedium of sifting through dozens of different models to find that perfect one that just works, and Muvizu likes. It's all worth it, trust me!

It would definetely be great if Muvizu created a content pack based around this.
There's so much potential here! Come on, Muvizu! Put it up already!

It's stil onmy WISHLIST! 8)~EEFILMZ

This is a nice idea EEF!

I totally missed this thread when you created it, must have been a busy forum day

I've added the suggestion to our post-it note wall
