      To whom it may concern.
      I lost my lic key# for Muvizu Play, @ of a total overhaul to my Tower PC.
      Long story short, I contacted muvizu. They said sorry we will help.
      Long story short, @ muvizu's busy servers and regular problems.
      They sent me a special download with a special key#.
      After attempting to download the special download.
      My (windows 10), blocked it.
      Windows 10 did not ask me to choose to block or to continue.
      WINDOWS 10 BLOCKED IT. (period).
      Plz reply.

      I purchased Muvizu+
      I cannot activate with the key supplied also I am getting no
      response to emails and texts asking for help.from Muvizu
      Can anybody assist please.
